i heart the CSA box...

...because things just appear, and then you have to eat them. And then you feel like making a list of what you ate today, because there were a zillion micronutrients in there.

Hashbrowns stuffed with onions, peppers, and mushrooms
2 eggs, over easy
guacamole (avacado, tomatillo, onion, cilantro, lemon juice)
2 peaches
some red grapes
Stir fry (sugar snap peas, garlic scapes, kohlrabi, napa cabbage, red bell pepper, mushrooms, scallions, shrimp, jasmine rice)
and a very lot of water.
